Why I can't upload documents on SuperForex's Client Portal?

If you get an error message and your document fails to be uploaded, please send detailed information about the error to the support team.

When sending an email regarding the error, please make sure to specify your account number, and attach screenshots of the error page.

You may also try to verify your account by using another Internet browser.

When uploading documents, make sure that the file type is either JPEG, BMP, PNG, DOC, or DOCX.

With SuperForex, account verification isn’t a required procedure for fund deposit, withdrawal, and trading activities.

Without completing account verification with SuperForex, you can make a deposit, start trading, and withdraw funds without any obstacles.
