Why I cannot click on the "Get the Energy Bonus" button?
If you cannot click on the “Get the Energy Bonus” button in the client cabinet, that means that you have requested another type of bonus for the account.
SuperForex’s Energy Bonus is compatible only with the Hot Bonus.
You cannot request the Energy Bonus or Hot Bonus if you have requested other bonuses for the account.
In this case, you may open an additional account from the client cabinet to request the Energy Bonus.
You can also contact SuperForex’s support team to cancel the existing bonus request for the account, so you can request the Energy Bonus while avoiding opening additional accounts.
SuperForex’s Energy Bonus is available to live accounts of any type.
The number of accounts that can participate in the Energy Bonus promotion is unlimited.
