Order button is grey and I can't trade on SuperForex's $50 No Deposit Bonus account.
If you cannot place an order on SuperForex’s Standard account in which you have received a $50 No Deposit Bonus, the reason could be one of the following reasons:
- The market is closed.
- The Forex market is available 24 hours a day and 5 days a week, and the market is closed on the weekend. Make sure that the price chart is updating in real-time to see if the market is opened.
- Symbol not available for trading for the account.
- For the Standard account with a $50 No Deposit Bonus, you can trade only Forex currency pairs. Other financial markets such as CFDs on Cryptocurrency, Stocks, Stock Indices, Precious Metals and Oils are not available for trading.
- Order volume is wrong.
- On the Standard account with a $50 No Deposit Bonus, you can place a volume from 0.01 lots to 0.5 lots only. If you want to place an order with a larger volume then you need to open another account.
If you cannot solve the problem by checking the above, contact SuperForex’s support team with your account number and the details of the order you want to place.
