Why did the Energy Bonus get canceled from my account suddenly?
SuperForex’ Energy Bonus could be deducted/canceled from your account due to the following reasons:
- The margin level becomes equal or less than 300%;
- (Y-X) / Z <1, where;
- X = the amount of fund withdrawal
- Y = the current available balance excluding the bonus amount
- Z = the sum of the bonus amount
- You request the cancelation of the bonus from the account.
If none of the above reasons apply but the Energy Bonus has been canceled from your account, contact SuperForex’s support team to find out more.
SuperForex reserves the right to cancel the 60% Energy Bonus without any prior notice to its customers. Therefore we strongly recommend that customers should not use the bonus funds in the calculation of profit in their trading strategy.
