Why I cannot click on the "Get the Easy Deposit Bonus" button?

If you cannot click on the “Get the Easy Deposit Bonus” button, one of the following reasons may apply.

You have received the No Deposit Bonus.

SuperForex’s Easy Deposit Bonus is not compatible with any other promotions. So if you have requested for other promotions with the account, you cannot request the Easy Deposit Bonus.

Account type isn’t Standard.

SuperForex’s Easy Deposit Bonus is available only for live standard account, but other account types.

The account’s leverage is higher than 1:100.

SuperForex’s Easy Deposit Bonus is available only if the account’s leverage is 1:100 or lower. To change the leverage of your account, you need to send an email to SuperForex’s support team.

Account’s base currency isn’t USD, EUR, or RUB.

To receive SuperForex’s Easy Deposit Bonus, the account’s base currency must be USD, EUR or RUB.

You haven’t completed the account verification.

To receive SuperForex’s Easy Deposit Bonus, you must complete the account verification. To complete the account verification, you may provide a copy of a national identity document and bank/bill statement. You also need to verify your email and phone.
