Why I cannot trade on the account with the Easy Deposit Bonus?

If you have received SuperForex’s Easy Deposit Bonus, then you can only trade Forex currency pairs in the account.

Once you have requested the Easy Deposit Bonus, you may only see Forex currency pairs available for trading on SuperForex MT4.

If you cannot place an order in the account with the Easy Deposit Bonus, one of the following reasons could apply:

Order volume is more than 1 standard lot

The available maximum order volume for the account with the Easy Deposit Bonus is 1 lot. You cannot place an order larger than 1 standard lot in the account.

Parameters of pending order are incorrect

Make sure that you have set up any pending orders correctly. If you have set it up incorrectly, then the order button will be greyed out so you cannot place the trade.
