Why I didn't get the Hot Bonus with my deposit?
Once you have requested the Hot Bonus for your live trading account successfully, you will get the bonus automatically upon your first-time deposit.
If your account didn’t receive the Hot Bonus even though your deposit has been credited to your account, you may not have requested the Hot Bonus with the account.
You can check which bonus promotions your account has participated in in the client cabinet as below.
Note that if the first-time deposit amount is less than $100, you will get the Standard 120% HOT bonus instead of the 202% Hot Bonus.
If you have successfully requested the Hot Bonus but you still haven’t received the bonus in your account, contact SuperForex’s support team to find out more.
