How long does a money withdrawal take via AstroPay?
Once you send a fund withdrawal request to SuperForex from the client cabinet, SuperForex’s finance department will review your request and process it within SuperForex’s business hours.
In case you have requested a fund withdrawal via AstroPay, the fund withdrawal will be processed within 4 business days.
Note that all fund withdrawal requests are processed only within business hours.
In case the fund withdrawal isn’t processed within 4 business days, you may check the status in the client cabinet or contact SuperForx’s support team.
If the fund withdrawal has already been completed but you haven’t received the fund in AstroPay’s wallet within the specified time frame, then you may contact AstroPay’s support team regarding the transaction.
