How long does a money withdrawal take via Sticpay?
Once you send a fund withdrawal request to SuperForex from the client cabinet, SuperForex’s finance department will review your request and process it within SuperForex’s business hours.
In case you have requested a fund withdrawal via Sticpay, the fund withdrawal will be processed within 4 business hours.
Note that all fund withdrawal requests are processed only within business hours.
In case the fund withdrawal isn’t processed within 4 business hours, you may check the status in the client cabinet or contact SuperForx’s support team.
If the fund withdrawal has already been completed but you haven’t received the fund in your wallet of Sticpay within the specified time frame, then you may contact Sticpay’s support team regarding the transaction.
